  Most difficult property management company to communicate with and resolve problems. This is especially important when dealing with water problems such as those with the shower and sink which can cost big bucks down the line.
  Problems are rarely fixed in a timely manner. If I owned property managed by this company I would be concerned about problems such as leaks not being fixed before they became major issues.
