  Very unprofessional. Was under a verbal contract with seller (who he was representing) after being chosen as the best offer in a multiple offer situation with a deadline. The next morning, during negotiations with seller for finalized contract, a new offer came in (after the deadline) which the seller ended up taking. He did not notify us of this until after 7pm that night because "he didn't feel the need to." It is one thing to be an advocate for your client but to not notify a party with an offer being actively negotiated that a different offer has been accepted shows a total lack of professionalism.
