  I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF MYATT & BATES HEATING AND AIR, SINCE THE MID 90'S. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW BEFORE, BUT I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. A COMPANY IS AS GOOD AS THEIR EMPLOYEES AND THEIR COMMITMENT TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY. I LOOK FOR THE PATIENCE THEY GIVE TO CUSTOMERS QUESTIONS, THE RESPECT AND CLEANLINESS THEY DISPLAY WHEN WORKING IN MY HOME. MY NEW SERVICE MAN, "CHRIS" IS ALL THAT, WITH A PLEASANT ATTITUDE, AS WELL AS HEATHER, WHO'S SMILE YOU CAN FEEL THROUGH THE PHONE.
