  We were out of town on vacation with a friend watching our house for us. Our friend could not get in because the keys were lost. Our dog was inside who had not been out to use the bathroom in about 12-14 hours and at the time, the breakers for our freezers in the garage had had popped due to a storm. The pop-a-lock guy was so awesome. He used the least amount of means necessary to get the door open. Helped our friend determine which circuit breakers were popped and rest them. He was very patient and kept us informed of the situation the whole time by talking to us on the phone. I would highly recommend these guys. Awesome customer service-above and beyond.

  Paul who answered the phone was friendly and funny! Daniel our technician arrived in 15 minutes and was done about 15 minutes after that. He was friendly, informative and Quick! Very good at his job! Thank You!
